How police rescued Nigerian soldiers from Boko Haram

Counter Terrorism Unit (CTU) of the Nigeria Police have rescued two soldiers kidnapped by Boko Haram. The elite police squad freed the Nigerian Army personnel from insurgents in Borno State. The terrorists killed their colleagues during an offensive on the patrolling troops. The Police Situation Report (SITREP) on the operation was released on Tuesday, according to PRNigeria. It noted that 2:30pm of July 13, 20120, “an Army Patrol Team was attacked by Boko Haram along Auno Road”. The sect killed two soldiers and kidnapped others.
