In a concerted effort to tackle criminal activities in Lagos State, law enforcement authorities conducted a series of raids resulting in the apprehension of 590 suspects from February 13 to March 13. These operations, orchestrated by area commands, divisions, and tactical teams including the Rapid Response Squad, were initiated following directives from the state commissioner of police, Adegoke Fayoade, in response to resident complaints.
