The House of Representatives member-elect for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, Chief Ibe Okwara Osonwa has received his Certificate of Return following his victory at the just concluded National Assembly election. Osonwa, a candidate of the Labour Party (LP), was on February 27, declared as the winner of the Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency seat by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
