Forthcoming – By abiodun KOMOLAFE

I had the privilege of witnessing the Ekiti APC governorship consensus ratification on October 27, 2025. At this event, 885 delegates endorsed Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, aka BAO, as the consensus candidate for the June 20, 2026 governorship election. On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, I also joined the governor’s entourage to the commissioning of the reconstructed Itawure-Okemesi-Ekiti Road, the lighting of Okemesi-Ekiti, and the reopening of the equipped General Hospital in Okemesi-Ekiti. Quite a lot of friends have called to 'command' me to rest and concentrate on my medicals, but alas the 'love for Country' will always have its way. I wrote close to five pungent interventions on the State of the nation and granted several Television and Radio interviews through virtual mediums…

BREAKING! Nnamdi Kanu Files Fresh Motion Asking Court To Throw Out All Charges (Photos)

The detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has filed a fresh motion before the Federal High Court in Abuja, seeking to strike out all charges against him and order his immediate release. In the new motion titled “Motion on Notice and Written Address in Support” and dated October 30, 2025, Kanu argued that there is “no charge or counts cognisable within the corpus juris of the Federal Republic of Nigeria” against him, describing the charges as “a nullity ab initio for want of any extant legal foundation.” The IPOB leader, who is personally representing…
