I read with dismay the fraudulently tailored publications signed by the Imo State PDP Publicity Secretary expelling Hon. Ikenga Ugochinyere. At a time the party is rebuilding, some persons took to abusing processes by publishing Ugochinyere's expulsion. Hon.
