Engr Chinedu Onyeizu, the Abia South Labour Party's senatorial candidate in the 2023 general election, has taken a swipe at Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe for secretly collecting N266m meant for poor Abia South constituents and pocketing it without considering the biting hunger in the land. Onyeizu stated that it is regrettable that without Senator Ningi opening the can of worms in the senate, no one would have known that Abaribe got such a whopping sum of money meant for our people in Abia South. Onyeizu stated:"For Over 17 years, these monies and more are given to him for interventions and constituency…

The Northern Plan to Drive Out Igbos: Another Ineffective Provocation Against the Southeast

During the rough time of Former President Buhari's rule, the unfair treatment of Ndigbo reached a disgusting high point. A vile scheme was made to use state-sponsored litigation to force the people of Southeast Nigeria to leave Nigeria, taking their property even in the middle of the North, in Abuja. This legal attack was a sneaky part of Buhari's "Fulanization agenda," which was cleverly planned by his cronies with the help of Northern powerbrokers, especially the Northern Governors. Working in secret, they gave the COALITION OF NORTHERN GROUPS the covert support and organisational help they needed to carry out their…

I have observed with keen interest and surprise the way politics is managed within our political sphere as a people. My point here is not to say that Ohafia people do not deserve the lofty positions as governors, senators,…

After Vice-President Kashim Shettima inaugurated the 188-megawatt geometric power plant in Aba, Abia state, to boost power supply to the region's industrial areas, it is clear that Abia State, especially Aba is ready to retake her place as the Japan of Africa in area of production and commerce. Reacting to this latest development in God's Own State, the president and CEO of ECK Foundation, Chief Dr. Emeka Kalu, described the project as a giant stride in the entire Southeast, urging other states to replicate the feat so that the region will solve the problem of power supply and create new…
