The National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal has been accused of firing Labour Party members unfairly in many states around the nation. According to OHAFIATV News reports, the tribunal invalidated numerous elected party members' victories in the states of Edo, Abia, and other locales due to inconsistencies involving their party membership and method of nomination.
