The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chapter in Abia State has refuted Governor Alex Otti's Sunday claim that Okezie Ikpeazu's previous administration spent N10 billion on the Port Harcourt Road in Aba. In same manner, the party has been challenging Otti to form an impartial technical verification panel in order to confirm the accuracy of the road construction and drainage projects on Port Harcourt Road. By Ogbonnaya Ikoku The Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, has disclosed that 20 decomposing bodies and skeletons were discovered by security operatives during a raid of forests around the Lokpanta Cattle Market in the Umunneochi axis of the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway. He said another 50  bodies were also found around the market, while the payment of ransom to suspected kidnappers was equally traced to the market.
