Umar writes Buhari, says ‘skewed appointments will ruin Nigeria’

Abubakar Umar (retd.), on Sunday, warned the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), over alleged lopsided appointments in the country. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has appointed Nigeria’s former Finance Minister, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as Special Envoy for the newly inaugurated Access to COVID-19 Tools (ACT) Accelerator.
