In an Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrates’ Court, 20-year-old Timnam Nammm pleaded not guilty to charges of stealing a Bajaj motorcycle valued at N700,000. The court session, held on Tuesday, addressed the alleged incident that took place on December 11 at midnight in Oye-Ekiti. According to Police Prosecutor Caleb Leramo, the defendant is accused of stealing the motorcycle, which belongs to Rasaq Abdul. Leramo stated that the act contravenes section 302(1)(a) of the Criminal Law of Ekiti State, 2021. In Ekiti State, the police command has brought 32-year-old Fatoyebi Kola before an Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrates' Court on charges of stealing generators. The defendant, without a fixed address, faced a one-count charge of stealing during the arraignment.
