Gunmen in Plateau State kill 35 cows and the herder.

A 17-year-old herder and 35 cows were slain by some as-yet-unidentified gunmen in the Barkin-Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State at Doruwa Babuje in Ropp District and Nafan community in Fan District. According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the perpetrators killed the herder by opening fire while riding motor cycles. During the incident, another herder suffered serious injuries. Nigerian Cybercriminal Sentenced to Community Service for Money Laundering

Toheeb Yusuf has been sentenced to one year in Ikoyi Prisons by the Ikeja Special Offences Court for money laundering. However, Justice Olubunmi Abike-Fadipe offered Yusuf the option of 100 hours of community service supervised by correctional center officials.
