Anambra monarchs receive certificates of recognition from Soludo.

Four traditional rulers in Anambra State have received certificates of recognition from Governor Chukwuma Soludo. In a private ceremony conducted at the Awka government palace on Saturday, he presented the monarchs with their certificates.
