Election Tribunal: INEC tells Court to dismiss Obi, LP’s prayers in the suit.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has told the Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC to dismiss a suit filed by Peter Obi of the Labour Party because the reliefs sought are not grantable. Nigeria’s electoral body, INEC, disclosed this on Monday at the PEPC’s Secretariat by its lawyer, Abubakar Mahmoud, SAN, in Abuja.
