Ejimakor Nnamdi Kanu’s Lawyer threatens DSS over refusal to release IPOB leader

Aloy Ejimakor, Special Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, has threatened the Department of State Services, DSS, over failure to comply with a court ruling ordering his client’s release. Ejimakor warned that failure to release Kanu would trigger prompt judicial measures against DSS. The Special Counsel disclosed this while noting that he had served the DSS a final administrative demand for Kanu’s release. The Supreme leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has on Monday, refused to appear before a Federal High Court in Abuja in protest against the Federal Government’s refusal to obey a Court of Appeal judgment that ordered his release from detention.
