Mbah’s election as governor of Enugu upheld by the Supreme Court.

On Friday, the Supreme Court upheld Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah's election. The principal judge, Justice Mohammed Garba, interpreted the claim that Mbah lacked a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate as a mere allegation. All of the arguments made in the appeal against the appellant were addressed by the court.
