Nnamdi Kanu calls FG’s lawyer terrorist, educates Binta Nyako on provisions of Nigeria constitution
Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), provoked conflict in the federal high court in Abuja on Monday after his bail request was denied. Kanu, who has been detained for alleged treason charges, sought the court for bail or transfer from DSS custody to prison or be placed on house arrest instead. The bail application was denied by the presiding judge, Binta Nyako. The judge concluded that only the appeal court could hear the case.
