The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced its readiness for the rescheduled Enugu South Urban State Constituency rerun election slated for Wednesday, February 14. Rex Achumie, INEC's head of voter education and publicity department, assured journalists in Enugu of adequate preparations for the exercise.
