A chieftain of APC in Abia State, Chief Ndukwe Iko has expressed satisfaction with the Federal High Court Abuja ruling on Tuesday which ordered the release of Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu, the senator representing Abia North. The EFCC had sought an interpretation of the Supreme Court ruling which upturned the conviction of Kalu, a former governor of Abia state. The Police Command in Katsina State said unknown gunmen have killed Alhaji Abdulhamid Sani, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Batsari Local Government Area of the State.
