Kidnappers collect N9m, kill victim, ransom bearer in Adamawa

Kidnappers of a village head in Adamawa State have killed the village head and a relative sent to deliver ransom for his release. The kidnappers first abducted the village head of Bengo in the Fufore Local Government Area, Sallau Manu, and demanded ransom, following which a relative: Joram Bengo, a lecturer with the Federal College of Education (FCE) Yola, took N2 million to them.
