Police in Rivers State has arrested one Anthony Ndubuisi, a notorious kidnapper and serial killer. The police also confirmed the recovery of four decomposed bodies buried in a septic tank in the compound of the kidnapper. The Police Command in Katsina State said unknown gunmen have killed Alhaji Abdulhamid Sani, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Batsari Local Government Area of the State.
