The reason why people are clamoring to Mr. Peter Obi is competence. Tinubu has money but people want Peter Obi due to his humility, administrative acumen, regard for state money, and respect for human beings. He utilized state funds properly. Abia State, Opinion, Politics2023, Abia State, ACCORD, Nigeria, Politics, Samuel Uba Okorie

And although Government will play a crucial role in bringing about the changes we need, more money and programs alone will not get us where we need to go. Each of us, in our own lives, will have to accept responsibility - for instilling an ethic of achievement in our…

Today, I spent more than 3-hours listening to our Constituents. They had a lot to pour out. They wanted a listening ear, and I gave them my ears. They had a barrage of problems and challenges bedeviling our Constituency. And while they were all talking, it hit me. What has stopped us from meeting these challenges is not the absence of sound policies and sensible plans. What has stopped us is the failure of leadership, the smallness of our politics - the ease with which we're distracted by the petty and trivial, our chronic avoidance of tough decisions, our preference…
