A Lagos High Court sitting at Tafawa Balewa Square on Tuesday watched the video recording of the lifeless body of Super TV boss, Usifo Ataga, allegedly murdered on June 15, 2021. Abia court remands man for the murder of two

A middle-aged man, Ugochukwu Nwanaji, has been remanded in the Umuahia Custodial Centre, Abia State, over murder charges. Nwanaji was alleged to have beheaded a 65-year-old woman, Mrs. Mercy Chukwu, and a 68-year-old man, Mr. Moses Uyai, on September 14, 2016, and October 10, 2016, respectively. While Chukwu was allegedly killed at Amanato Ezukwu in the Bende LGA of the state, Moses was killed at Otampa in the Isuikwuato LGA. The prosecuting counsel from Zone 9 Police Command, Umuahia, Romanus Eke, pleaded that the defendant is remanded in custody. Nigerian Army to conduct Exercise Still Water in, Lagos Ogun

The Nigerian Army, on Monday, said it’s set to conduct an operation codenamed Exercise Stillwater, from 12 October – 23 December 2022 in Lagos and Ogun States.
