The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate for Ohafia South State Constituency, Hon. Chidi Igwe Ukah, says he will draw on his experience and connections at home and abroad to pursue a development agenda focused on roads, electricity, healthcare, education and jobs for young people.
Ukah said his priority would be to push for better road access across communities, improved electricity supply, stronger healthcare services, better learning conditions in schools and more employment opportunities for youths.

He also plans to engage Ohafia South indigenes in the diaspora, drawing on their expertise, resources and professional networks to support development initiatives in their home communities.
For Ukah, representation must address the everyday concerns of the people: roads that connect communities, reliable electricity, accessible healthcare, functional schools and opportunities for young people to earn a living.
He is seeking election to the Abia State House of Assembly in 2027 on the platform of the NDC.
