The management of ECK Foundation Worldwide, a forefront Philanthropic and humanitarian organization has sent a hearty congratulatory message or Rt. Honourable Benjamin Okezie Kalu, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as he marks his birthday today.
