The President of the United Abia Artistes and Patriots (UAAP) Forum, Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor, popularly known as “Ultimate Commander” (Ikenga Gburugburu), has extended warm birthday wishes to Her Excellency, Mrs. Chidinma Alex Otti, wife of the Abia State Governor.

In a goodwill message, Ambassador Offor described Mrs. Otti as a woman of grace, strength, and compassion, whose quiet support continues to complement her husband’s leadership. He commended her dignity as First Lady and her consistent concern for the welfare of women, children, and the vulnerable in Abia State.

He further noted that Mrs. Otti’s humility and humane disposition have earned her admiration across the state, inspiring hope and confidence among Abians while reinforcing family values and social responsibility.
