Save Nigeria Group (SNG) USA proudly and unequivocally commends President Donald J. Trump, his Administration, and the United States Government for the courageous and historic decision to intervene decisively in Nigeria to halt the ongoing genocide against Christians and other vulnerable communities.

On Christmas Day, December 25, 2025, President Trump followed through on his promise to act by ordering precision military airstrikes against ISIS enclaves in Northwest Nigeria—a bold, moral, and life-saving intervention that sent a clear message to radical Islamic terrorists that the era of impunity is over.

This decisive action did not come in a vacuum. Save Nigeria Group USA led a major rally in Washington, D.C., appealing directly to President Trump and the U.S. Congress to act urgently to stop the slaughter of innocent Nigerians—particularly Christians in the Middle Belt and Northern regions—who have endured years of unchecked terror. The voices of survivors, widows, orphans, and displaced families were heard. And President Trump acted.

A COURAGEOUS ACT TO SAVE BLACK AFRICAN LIVES
President Trump’s action represents a turning point in the global fight against radical Islamic terrorism in Africa. It affirms that Black African lives matter, that genocide anywhere is unacceptable, and that moral clarity still has a place in global leadership.

Save Nigeria Group USA declares, without reservation, that President Donald J. Trump is the most pro-African U.S. President in recent history, not by rhetoric alone but by decisive action. In recognition of his leadership, courage, and commitment to peace through strength, Save Nigeria Group USA formally nominates President Donald J. Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.

CALL TO CONTINUE AND EXPAND THE EFFORT.
While we applaud this critical first step, the work is not yet done. Nigeria remains plagued by over 20 separate radical Islamic terrorist groups, including ISIS affiliates, Boko Haram factions, and—most devastatingly—the notorious Fulani Islamist militia, which remains the primary perpetrator of the Christian genocide in the Middle Belt regions of Benue, Plateau, Kaduna, Kwara, and Kogi States.

We respectfully urge President Trump and the U.S. Government to:

• Sustain and expand efforts to degrade and dismantle all radical Islamist terror networks in Nigeria;
• Focus specific attention on the Fulani Islamist militia, whose systematic attacks amount to ethnic and religious cleansing; and
• Ensure long-term protection for civilian communities that have borne the brunt of this violence.

COMMENDATION TO THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT AND STATE LEADERS.
Save Nigeria Group USA also commends the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for working closely with the United States Government to confront terrorism and restore security in Nigeria. International cooperation is essential, and we encourage continued transparency, resolve, and accountability in this joint effort to end terror.

We further thank Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State for granting a full pardon to Sunday Jackson, a step that reflects compassion, justice, and respect for human dignity in the face of prolonged injustice.

A CALL TO PRAYER AND UNITY
At this critical moment, Save Nigeria Group USA calls on all Nigerians—at home and in the diaspora—to pray for:

• President Donald J. Trump and the United States of America,
• The Government and people of Nigeria, and
• All those risking their lives to bring an end to radical Islamist terrorism in Africa’s most populous nation.

May God grant wisdom, courage, and protection to all leaders and forces standing against evil, and may lasting peace finally come to Nigeria.

Enough is enough. The killings must stop. And today, hope has been restored.
