Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, has sent heartfelt birthday prayers to his godson, Master Chioma David Offor, the youngest son of Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor “De Ultimate Commander” (Ikenga Gburugburu of Ohafia Ancient Kingdom).
As the young Chioma celebrates his first birthday today, Governor Otti extended his blessings and prayers, asking for God’s mercy, guidance, and wisdom to accompany him throughout his life.

The governor’s blessing highlights not only the special bond created by affinity between the families, but underscores a spirit of goodwill and encouragement in the continued positive contribution to Abia State and Nigeria at large.
The Offors’ decision to immortalize Gov. Alex Otti in their family is in recognition and appreciation of the pragmatic leadership he has given to Abia State through evidential transformation of all aspects of Abia lives.
It is a joyful occasion marked by celebration, gratitude, and the Goveror’s prays that young Chioma will grow in God’s wisdom, good health, knowledge, and His purpose, following in the footsteps of the remarkable legacy surrounding him.
His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti’s love for children is evident in his leadership, as the renovation and rehabilitation of health centres, hospitals, and other amenities that improve the lives of children have been one of the major focus of the governor’s administration. His commitment ensures that the next generation of Abia children not only thrive today but also inherit a foundation for a brighter, healthier future.
“Happy birthday to my godson, Master Chioma David Offor as I wish you many happy returns”, the Governor stated.
