The Abia Industrial Innovation Park (AIIP) is set to dominate conversations at the forthcoming Africa Energy Summit, scheduled for this November at the prestigious Kigali Convention Centre, Rwanda.

A globally-recognised petroleum engineer, Engr. Chinedu Onyeizu, will chair one of the high-profile panels at the summit, an acknowledgment of his rising influence in energy policy, industrial development, and sustainable innovation across the continent.

Before assuming his current role in Abia State’s industrial transformation, Onyeizu had built an outstanding career in the oil and gas sector.

At the Kigali Summit, he will lead discussions on sustainable energy development, cross-border industrial integration, and the strategic role of public-private partnerships in expanding energy access across Africa.

His participation marks not only a significant milestone for Abia State, but also reinforces Nigeria’s expanding leadership in Africa’s energy transformation agenda.
