Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, on Tuesday commissioned the newly remodelled and digitally equipped 80-bed Obingwa General Hospital in Mgboko, with the facility renamed the Chima Ubani Memorial Hospital in honour of the late human rights activist and illustrious son of Obingwa. Governor Otti was accompanied to the commissioning by his Deputy, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, FNSE, as the administration continued its drive to strengthen healthcare infrastructure and improve access to quality medical services across the state.
