Former Zamfara State Governor, Abdul’aziz Yari, has called on Muslims to pray for the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, during the Eid-el-Fitr celebration. Yari made the call while addressing journalists at his residence in Talata-Mafara town, Talata-Mafara area of the state. He also urged all Nigerians, irrespective of tribe and regional differences, to pray for Tinubu to succeed. Famous Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has reportedly lost his first son, Kambilichukwu Edochie. According to Vanguard, Yul’s first son died after he was rushed to the hospital when he fell unconscious. According to the report, a sister to Yul’s wife, May who was at the scene, revealed that the boy read throughout the night preparing for his exam before the incident occurred. Another 25 Nigerian nurses face forgery charges in the US

Following high-end investigations, the Texas Board of Nursing, United States, has announced that it has charged no fewer than 75 nurses to court over issues bordering on falsification of certificates. On the list posted on the website of the board, 43 of the names were identified as nurses of Nigerian origin. The PUNCH had in February reported that 18 Nigerian nurses in the US were charged with certificate forgery.
