Police exhumes four dead bodies from septic tank, arrests suspect in Rivers

Police in Rivers State has arrested one Anthony Ndubuisi, a notorious kidnapper and serial killer. The police also confirmed the recovery of four decomposed bodies buried in a septic tank in the compound of the kidnapper. The arrest was made by the operatives of the Anti-Kidnapping Unit, in a Sting Operation at about 1pm on Monday Ndubuisi, a native of Ngo-Okpala in Imo State, resides at Umuebulu Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State. Court sentences man to 15 years in prison for raping 17-year-old girl in Lagos

An Ikeja Special Offences Court has sentenced one Francis Apai, a driver to 15 years imprisonment for raping his employer’s 17-year-old daughter in Lagos State. The Justice, Sherifat Solebo, sentenced Apai, after finding him guilty of a one-count charge of sexual assault by penetration. “The defendant, Francis Apai, is hereby sentenced to 15 years imprisonment without an option of fine,” the judge said. Herdsmen kill Nollywood actor in Kwara

A Nollywood actor identified simply as “Juwon” has been killed by suspected herdsmen along Ogbomoso/Ilorin Expressway, the Nation reports.
