The Member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa has been received by Chief Daniel Okeke at his residence in Ututu, Arochukwu Local Government Area. Hon. Okwara Osonwa was accompanied by the Labour Party Senatorial Candidate for Abia North, Chief Dr. David Ogba Onuoha (Bourdex).
Chief Okeke, who contested the constituency’s House of Representatives seat in 2023 and recently joined the Labour Party, has also been named a member of the Governor’s Campaign Advisory Council.
In a statement on his official page, Hon. Okwara Osonwa described the visit as “a warm and open conversation about Ututu, about Arochukwu, and about the work ahead for our constituency and our state.”
He said Chief Okeke “brings experience, standing and a deep love for his people,” adding that he values his counsel, and he congratulated him on his appointment to the Advisory Council, describing it as “a recognition of what he brings to our Labour family.”
The visit reflects the growing strength and unity of the Labour Party across Arochukwu/Ohafia ahead of the 2027 general elections.
