Umuahia, Abia State – The newly acquired Abia State Secretariat of the Online Media Practitioners of Nigeria (OMPAN), located at No. 53 Eket Street, by Enugu Road, Umuahia, Abia State, is set to be officially inaugurated by the Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, on Monday, 5th August 2024, at 12:00 PM prompt.

According to a joint statement issued by the Chairman, Chief Promise Uzoma Okoro, (anipr), and the General Secretary, Dr. Steve Unegbu, the unveiling of the OMPAN State Secretariat marks a significant milestone in the history of the association. The event is open to all media stakeholders, partners, corporate bodies, private individuals, well-wishers, and the general public.

“This inauguration represents a significant achievement for our association, and we invite all supporters of our mission to join us on Monday as our esteemed Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, officially unveils our State Secretariat,” the statement read.
