Engr Chinedu Onyeizu, a prominent figure in Abia State politics, has thrown his weight behind ’s candidacy, calling on supporters across the state to rally behind the leader of the .

He met with leaders of the Chinedu Onyeizu Reformative Movement from six local government areas in Abia South Senatorial District to drum up support.

Engr Chinedu Onyeizu, who stepped down for , emphasized the need for unity among party members to ensure Dr. Alex Otti’s victory in 2027. He pledged to finance the party’s structure in the district to support Dr. Alex Otti’s candidacy and also handed over a cash sum of ₦500,000 to leaders from the six LGAs to mobilize support.

“Let’s work together to ensure Dr. Alex Otti’s victory,” Engr Chinedu Onyeizu urged, assuring the leaders of his continued support and resources. He also called on Abia Southerners to join the Chinedu Onyeizu Reformative Movement, stating that their commitment to reform-driven transformation in governance and leadership is crucial to the country’s progress.

The LGA leaders pledged to work diligently to deliver Abia State to the Labour Party, assuring Engr Chinedu Onyeizu of their full support for Dr. Otti’s candidacy. The meeting was seen as a significant boost to Dr. Alex Otti’s chances, with many believing Onyeizu’s gesture would galvanize support and ensure a strong showing in the 2027 elections.
