It was a moment of overwhelming joy, celebration, and thanksgiving as members of Bishop Emeka Nwankpa’s church – Chapel of Faith Bible Assembly International, and residents of the 3-3 area of Onitsha trooped out in large numbers to give Bishop Emeka Nwankpa a rousing hero’s welcome following his release on self-recognizance by the Anambra State High Court sitting in Awka.
The atmosphere was charged with emotion as jubilant supporters, waving and singing songs of praise, expressed gratitude to God for what they described as a victory for truth and justice.

Many could not hide their excitement as they warmly received the revered cleric, whom they have long regarded as a genuine servant of God and a pillar of the community.
The crowd unanimously reaffirmed their confidence in Bishop Nwankpa, insisting that he is not a fake pastor as alleged. They described the accusations against him as unfounded and maintained that his years of ministry, humanitarian service, and spiritual leadership speak eloquently for his integrity and calling.
For the faithful and well-wishers who gathered to welcome him, the occasion was more than a celebration of his release; it was a powerful demonstration of their unwavering love, loyalty, and belief in his innocence.
