Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor “De Ultimate Commander,” has said that the confusion and endless crisis currently rocking those fighting Governor Alex Chioma Otti’s administration is a clear sign that God is defending the new Abia project from forces determined to drag the state back into years of stagnation and suffering.

According to Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor, the Bible already foretold moments like this in 2 Chronicles 20:22, where God put confusion in the camp of the enemies of Israel, causing them to turn against themselves. He also referenced Judges 7:22, where the enemies of God’s people became disorganized and defeated because God intervened on behalf of Israel.

The respected philanthropist and strong supporter of Governor Otti stated that what is happening within the Abia APC today reflects the same biblical pattern, as the opposition continues to battle leadership crisis, internal division, ego battles and desperate struggles for political relevance, while Governor Otti remains focused on rebuilding Abia State.

Ambassador Offor noted that before Governor Alex Chioma Otti assumed office, Abia had become synonymous with failed infrastructure, abandoned projects, unpaid salaries, suffering pensioners, insecurity and hopeless governance. According to him, many citizens had lost confidence in government because leadership at the time lacked direction and sincerity.

However, he maintained that Governor Otti has changed the narrative through practical governance and visible development across the state.

He praised the governor for embarking on aggressive road construction and rehabilitation projects in Aba, Umuahia and several parts of the state, stressing that roads abandoned for decades are now being used while others are being reconstructed to ease transportation and boost economic activities.

Ambassador Offor particularly commended the transformation gradually taking place in Aba, stating that Governor Otti’s urban renewal efforts, drainage projects and environmental reforms are restoring the commercial city to its rightful place as a major economic hub in the South-East.

He further applauded the administration for restoring regular payment of salaries and pensions, saying the move has returned dignity to civil servants and retirees who previously endured years of hardship and neglect.

According to the undisputed heavyweight champion, Governor Otti’s achievements in healthcare, education and security have also strengthened public confidence in governance. He noted that hospitals and schools are receiving renewed attention while security support across the state has improved safety and reduced fear among residents.

He also praised Governor Otti for introducing transparency and prudence into governance, arguing that Abians can now visibly see how public resources are being utilized for development instead of political waste.

Osita Offor insisted that those attacking Governor Otti are uncomfortable because the governor’s performance has exposed years of poor leadership and mismanagement in the state. He said many of the opposition figures understand that if Governor Otti completes eight years in office, the old political culture of exploitation and deception may never return to Abia State.

He therefore described the ongoing confusion within the Abia APC as evidence that God is frustrating every agenda designed to derail the progress currently being witnessed in the state.

According to him, Abians are now more politically conscious and can clearly distinguish between genuine leadership and recycled politics built on empty promises.

Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor emphasized that Governor Alex Chioma Otti deserves a second tenure because continuity is necessary to consolidate the rebuilding process already ongoing across Abia State. He argued that meaningful transformation cannot be fully achieved within one term, especially after decades of infrastructural decay and economic decline.

He maintained that Governor Otti represents a new era of responsible leadership, accountability and development-driven governance that must be protected and sustained for the benefit of future generations.

“Abia has started working again. The roads are speaking, workers are smiling, businesses are regaining confidence and the people can now see governance in action. Those who want to return the state to the dark days are already confused because God (Chioma Ndi Abia, Chioma Otti) is fighting for Abia State,” Ambassador Osita Offor stated.

He concluded by urging Abians to remain steadfast in supporting Governor Alex Chioma Otti’s administration, insisting that the new Abia vision must not be sacrificed on the altar of selfish politics and desperate power struggles.
