The Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN) has congratulated Hon. Chief Victor Ikeji, the Mayor of Umuahia North, on his recent academic achievement. He has been conferred with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree by the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN).
Hon. Chief Victor Ikeji is one of the best and brightest leaders in Abia state. Until recently, he holds a Master’s degree in Political Science with distinction from the University of Ibadan.
In a congratulatory message signed by the General Secretary, Dr Steve Unegbu, OMPAN felicitates with the Mayor. The message reads,
“Your quest for knowledge and achievements as a leader is inspiring. We wish you many more laurels.
“Happy Convocation”.
