The Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers Union (RATTAWU) of Nigeria has celebrated its National Financial Secretary, Comrade Charles Enegide, on his birthday, acknowledging his years of service to the Union and contributions to its administration.
In a birthday message issued on behalf of the Union, RATTAWU National Publicity Secretary, Comrade Izang Francis Atsen, described Enegide as a committed trade unionist and dependable leader whose service at different levels of the Union reflects his dedication to members’ welfare and collective interests.
Atsen noted that Enegide’s experience, sense of responsibility and contributions to the Union’s growth and administration have made him a valued member of the RATTAWU leadership and membership.
The Union also acknowledged his commitment to accountability, solidarity and purposeful leadership, describing these qualities as important to the discharge of his responsibilities as National Financial Secretary.
RATTAWU reaffirmed its commitment to advancing the Union’s development agenda under the leadership of its National President, Comrade Prince Emeka Kalu, popularly known as “Magic Fingers,” while recognising Enegide’s role in the collective effort to move the organisation forward.
As he marks another year, the Union prayed for his sound health, renewed strength, wisdom, peace and prosperity. It also wished him greater accomplishments, new opportunities and continued growth in leadership, alongside many more fruitful years of service to humanity and the labour movement.
RATTAWU further expressed the hope that his efforts would yield lasting rewards and that his new year would bring joy, favour and fulfilment.
The Union congratulated Enegide on his birthday and wished him continued success in his personal life, trade union responsibilities and service to the labour movement.
