The President of the Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers’ Union (RATTAWU), Comrade Prince Emeka Kalu (Magic Fingers), yesterday held a productive strategic meeting with the Chairmen of the Union’s FCT Chapters to deliberate on key issues affecting the growth and future of the Union.
A major highlight of the meeting which was held at the National Headquarters of the Union, was the presentation and review of the roadmap towards the RATTAWU @50 Golden Jubilee Celebration, with participants brainstorming on programmes and initiatives that will make the milestone a memorable and impactful event.
The meeting also examined practical strategies for strengthening the Union through improved collaboration, effective leadership, members’ welfare, and renewed commitment to the ideals of RATTAWU.
At the end of the deliberations, the leadership unanimously resolved to foster greater unity of purpose, deepen solidarity among members, and work collectively towards building a stronger, more vibrant, and more progressive Union.
The meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of the leadership to advancing the vision of RATTAWU while positioning the Union for greater achievements in the years ahead.
