Stop posting nude videos of yourself on Social Media – Anambra commissioner tells women

Hon Ify Obinabo, the Anambra State Commissioner for Women and Social Welfare, has pleaded with women to stop posting videos of themselves in their underwear.

The commissioner asked people to thwart requests for nude films from individuals who claimed to be in love with them.

The commissioner made this statement following the arrest of Chinedu Ezeudu, who was detained for selling a naked video of a woman he discovered on a misplaced smart card online.

Obinabo regretted the level of harm brought about by the simple act of sending one’s nudity to others in response to this.

The impulse to create their own naked videos should be resisted by men, women, and young people in general.

“No matter how cautious one is about maintaining their privacy, some things, especially creating such recordings, should not be taken for granted.

“I urge individuals to enjoy themselves when they want to rather than recording explicit recordings that can end up in the wrong hands.

I’d want to remind everyone that the current Soludo administration detests crime and criminal activity, and my ministry is prepared to deal with it as harshly as possible.
