Police parade Kano legislator who allegedly led a mob to burn INEC office

A member of the Kano State House of Assembly, Isiyaku Ali Danja Gezawa, and 164 persons were arrested by the Kano State Police Command for allegedly trying to set ablaze the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC and a police station. Ali Danja, of Gezawa Constituency, was alleged to have led a team of hoodlums to destroy the INEC collation center in Gezawa. Kidnapped APC campaign director shot dead in Rivers State

Mr. Chisom Lennard, the Campaign Director of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ahoada-West Local Government Area of Rivers State who was abducted by gunmen on Saturday has been killed. The deceased was reportedly abducted by the unknown gunmen who were dressed in police uniform while he was casting his vote at Ibagwa polling unit 2, Ward 10 in Ahoada West LGA. Three thugs were gunned down in Benue State for disrupting the election, snatching BVAS

At least three persons suspected to be political thugs have been killed in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State. The thugs invaded the polling units 026 and 004, Gboko South while electoral processes were ongoing and attempted to snatch ballot boxes and the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System, BVAS.
