Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti has commissioned the newly constructed Umueńe Ultra-Modern Court complex fitted with digital connectivity and state-of-the-art facilities. Speaking while commissioning the project at the Umueñe, Isialangwa South on Wednesday, Governor Otti, who titled his speech, "The Judiciary Not Left Behind", said that  his governance orientation is holistic.
