Mmesoma Ejikeme: JAMB informs Reps that it is impossible to fabricate UTME results.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, or JAMB, has steadfastly maintained that exam results cannot be falsified. The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, or UTME, results are not saved in the "cloud," according to JAMB's Registrar, Prof. Is-haq Oloyede. Oloyede claimed in his address to the House of Representatives Ad-hoc Committee that this makes it "practically impossible to fake JAMB's results." JAMB fixes new date for 2023 UTME

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced a new date for the commencement of the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations. The board disclosed this in a statement signed by its Head of Public Affairs and Protocol, Dr Fabian Benjamin, in Abuja on Sunday. Benjamin said the UTME which was earlier scheduled to commence on April 29, would now start on April 25, 2023.
