Appeal Court reserves judgement in FG’s request against releasing Nnamdi Kanu

The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Monday reserved judgment in an application by the Federal Government seeking a stay of execution of its judgment that ordered the release of the Biafra nation agitator, Nnamdi Kanu. The three justices of the Appeal Court that sat on the panel that dismissed the 15-count terrorism charge the Federal Government instituted against Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, have been moved from their various divisions.
