Revitalizing Education in Okon-Aku: Okon-Aku Christian Fellowship Leads the Charge

By Comr Amos Oge Kalu On January 1st, 2025, the Okon-Aku Christian Fellowship (OCF), led by His Lordship Bishop Dr. Stanley David, embarked on an ambitious initiative to revive education in Okon-Aku. This effort is part of a broader strategy by the community leadership to tackle insecurity, infrastructural decay, and social vices. The community's only secondary school, Okamu Secondary Commercial School, Okon-Aku, Ohafia, had been without teachers for over a decade, forcing students to seek education in neighboring communities. OCF Pays Last Respect As Madam N. Idikachukwu, Colleague’s Mother is Committed To Mother Earth

Though it was a moment of mourning for the entire community, it was also a moment of display of unity that has come to stay among Christians of Okon-Aku Ohafia as they turn out en masse to accord last respect to Madam Nwanediya Idikachukwu, a Christian woman and the Mother of their colleague, Rev.
