The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has arrested Chief Afam Ukatu, who it described as the billionaire drug baron behind the N3bn tramadol deal involving a suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police and former leader of the Intelligence Response Team, Abba Kyari. Police exhumes four dead bodies from septic tank, arrests suspect in Rivers

Police in Rivers State has arrested one Anthony Ndubuisi, a notorious kidnapper and serial killer. The police also confirmed the recovery of four decomposed bodies buried in a septic tank in the compound of the kidnapper. The arrest was made by the operatives of the Anti-Kidnapping Unit, in a Sting Operation at about 1pm on Monday Ndubuisi, a native of Ngo-Okpala in Imo State, resides at Umuebulu Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State.
