2023: Group accuses INEC of violating Electoral Law

The Nigerian Civil Society Situation Room has charged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) with violating some aspects of the Electoral Law of 2022. The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has suspended its 2023 presidential candidate, Dumebi Kachikwu, for alleged anti-partisan activities.
