Abia State, News, Ohafia, Opinion, Politics2027, Abia State, Dave Umahi, Politics, Rt. Hon. Uko Nkole

Change is imminent in the political landscape of Abia North Senatorial District ahead of the 2027 general election. There is a growing call for a new beginning, away from what supporters describe as an over-hyped political figure seeking another opportunity for what they regard as political recycling. It is against this backdrop that Hon. Uko Nkole is being presented as a formidable candidate who, during his representation of Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, demonstrated passionate and committed leadership. Abia State, News, Ohafia, Politics2027, Abia North, Abia State, Opinion, Politics, Rt. Hon. Uko Nkole

After reading the valedictory speech of Rt. Hon. Uko Nkole Ndukwe, the immediate past House of Representatives member for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, I was overly impressed by his exceptional performance and accomplishments. It is obvious now that some people were deliberately spreading malicious statements and rumours in an attempt to tarnish his reputation. It was an ill-conceived campaign of calumny. The smear campaign centred largely on allegations of non-performance by some “aggrieved” constituents. However, the content of his valedictory speech has…
