In a heartfelt gesture, Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor, President of the United Abia Artistes and Patrons (UAAP) Forum, affectionately known as “De Ultimate Commander,” extended warm birthday wishes to Mr. Chuka Ofili, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, on Domestic Affairs.
