The United Abia Artistes and Patriots (UAAP) has extended its heartfelt birthday wishes to Hon. Lady Grace Ibeh, a distinguished member of the Abia State House of Assembly Service Commission and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Cost and Management Accountants.
